The stones / river basalt stones or lava stones are heated up to 55° to 60° and placed on certain energy centers and reflex zone points of the body to stimulate and warm them. The massage with the heated stones releases tension, warms the whole body, promotes blood circulation, activates the self-healing powers and leads to a state of inner peace and security.
